Completed line blind and plug valve repair & replacement project

The ZZJG Industrial Valve Factory efficiently completed a line blind and plug valve repair and replacement project for a Middle Eastern oil company, demonstrating its core strength and teamwork.

Recently, the ZZJG Industrial Valve Factory announced the successful delivery of its independently designed series of high-pressure line blind valves and plug valves to end customer.

This project, a technical renovation for a Middle Eastern oil company, required a specific valve length (less than all current standards) due to limited site space and a compact pipeline layout. Furthermore, the pipeline operating pressure was as high as 40 kg. Upon signing the project, our company immediately assembled a project team led by our chief engineer and comprised of experienced design engineers, mold engineers, and process engineers. Through design, trial production, mold fabrication, mass production, testing and inspection, commissioning, and surface treatment, the team completed the production task in an exceptionally short time of 65 days, further demonstrating our technical strength and teamwork in the field of non-standard customization.

Project Details: Precisely Overcoming Non-Standard Challenges and Meeting International Standards. The products delivered this time include three core components: a 6-inch 300LB high-pressure blind plate valve and an 8-inch PN40 electric plug valve. All products feature a full-bore design, with carbon steel valve bodies, stainless steel plugs and blind plates, PTFE valve seats and gaskets, and flexible graphite filler. Furthermore, due to site pipeline size constraints, a shorter product length was required, representing a typical non-standard custom requirement.

During the design phase, the company strictly adhered to API international standards and, subsequently, to API process flow throughout the production process, ensuring process accuracy and product performance. Ultimately, the project was completed in just 65 days from start-up to delivery, meeting the client’s stringent deadline. Furthermore, through comprehensive quality inspections including pressure testing, commissioning, and painting, the product’s reliability under high-pressure and complex operating conditions was ensured.
