ZZJG Goggle Valves Head to Italy to Serve Piping Systems

Recently, ZZJG completed the production of a batch of DN3000 Fully enclosed goggle valves for export to Italy.

ZZJG Valves conducted a comprehensive study and review of the valve’s technical specifications, operating conditions, design, production, and inspection for this project, determining the product’s technical plan—from drawing design to manufacturing, process inspection, assembly and pressure testing, and anti-corrosion coating. Since the customer’s operating platform is 7 meters away from the valve, ZZJG’s technical team proposed a gear-and-chain operation solution for this situation, which was approved by the foreign client. Through continuous communication with the customer about dimensions, materials, and other requirements, the ZZJG team customized the valves according to the client’s specifications. From project kickoff to smooth delivery, all departments worked closely together, rigorously controlling quality and strictly managing key aspects including technology, quality, production, and inspection, uniting their efforts to successfully create a high-quality project. After production, the valves underwent pressure tests and opening/closing trials, achieving complete sealing with no leaks.  

Sealed blind valves are suitable for gas pipeline systems in metallurgy, municipal environmental protection, and industrial and mining industries, serving as reliable equipment for cutting off gas. They are particularly suited for absolute shutoff of harmful, toxic, or flammable gases, and for blind-end closure of pipelines, helping to shorten maintenance time or connect to new pipeline systems.  

These blind valves can be operated pneumatically, hydraulically, electrically, electromechanically, or manually. Different specifications use different structural designs to meet the user’s energy, environmental, and operating conditions.
