ZZJG valve factory successfully exported a batch of quick-cut blind valves to South Africa, with the highest pressure reaching class600, which were used in local oil pipeline transportation projects, demonstrating China’s high-end valve manufacturing strength. ​

In the field of high-pressure valves, the class600 pressure level is a technical challenge. Traditional products often have problems such as valve seal failure and structural deformation under the high-pressure middle platform. The ZZJG R&D team has undergone hundreds of experiments and made breakthroughs in key technologies: innovative stress dispersion structure, dispersed high-pressure impact force through precise mechanical calculation, and finally achieved zero leakage under class600 working conditions. The performance far exceeds the international standard and fills the domestic gap. ​

South African customers select suppliers for oil pipeline projects worldwide, and ZZJG enters the customer’s field of vision with its technical accumulation. The customer organized an inspection team to go deep into the factory. In the R&D center, experts highly recognized the technical solutions of class600 products; in the production workshop, the company strictly follows the on-site “6S” management, and the automated production line and the “self-inspection + mutual inspection + special inspection” quality control system show rigor; the high-pressure test data of the testing laboratory allows the inspection team to intuitively feel the product performance. The person in charge said frankly: “Its process, quality control and technical strength exceeded expectations, and the control of details demonstrated the pursuit of quality”, and the cooperation was finalized immediately. ​

ZZJG regards quality as its lifeline and strictly controls the entire process: raw materials are tested by a third party, each process in production has a full-time quality inspection, and the finished product must pass dozens of tests such as high-pressure sealing and durability. Relying on technical advantages, the factory efficiently promotes production, and the R&D and production teams work together to optimize the process, compressing the 90-day contract cycle to 65 days and delivering ahead of schedule.
